Don't forget this:

There are local Better Business Bureaus which operate in the United States and I imagine in other parts of the world. These are NOT government operated, and may not have power to adjudicate enforcement action, but they certainly do keep records of complaints filed against companies DOING BUSINESS in their jurisdications (this obviously includes all companies the solicit business via the Internet). Also make sure you file your complains with the local Better Business Bureau so that people researching Diamond Computer Systems will see that there have been unresolved complaints.
