Scene opens at the HWA Offices next to the arena. In the lobby, we see John Taylor on the phone talking somebody. We then see reporters coming in the lobby trying to get in, but sercurity stops them.
JT: Look, Vanessa, I can't meet you right now. I have to meet with Ace to discuss about that riot that happened. Looks like my future is on the line. I'm going to wish you luck on that test tonight, and I'll meet you afterwards.
The reporters continue to try and fight few, which catches John's attnetion. Rick Fuller comes up to John, looking at the media.
RF: Your just unlucky.
JT: Rick, you mind? Sorry, somebody here. Ok, I'll see you later.
John turns off the phone.
RF: Oh, Ace wanted me to tell you that you are going to give a public apology for causing that much damage, and pay to have the gym rebuilt, after your match on Friday, win or lose.
JT: Just my luck, eh? Is it because of the protesters outside wanting this federation closed down? Cause I got the same ones outside of Huntin's dojo and outside my home.
RF: And maybe they are right about wrestling being a bad influence, cause when I tried to get in today, they beat me up with their signs! I think one of them says "Taylor hurts our children!"
JT: Not funny, man, not funny at all.
A female reporter breaks away from security and goes up to Taylor.
Reporter: Mr. Taylor! A word.
JT: Rick, why don't you......
Taylor turns to see Rick is gone.
JT: Stupid bastard!!!
Reporter: A word?
JT: No, I'm not talking about the riot. That was last week.
Reporter: Aren't you going to talk about your thoughts of what you caused!!!
JT: I'll discuss it on Friday, ok? Just leave me alone.
Reporter: The public has a right to know about this now!!!!
Taylor walks away as security takes the reporter away. Taylor then goes to a coffee table and starts to pour a cup.
JT: Why am I the most unlucky person on the face of the planet? I mean, those reporters hound me all the time, like they know where I am all the time!
MC Shows up.
MC: Taylor a word about your match on Fear?
JT: Yes, you can have a word on that. But it wont be just a word, it will be many more words. First, congradulations on DBR winning the World Title, but keep in mind that I am coming for you, and there is no way you can stop me, DBR. I know our past well, and we are both equally skilled, and I will have my shot. But lets talk about Wild Thing and the IC Title.
Wild Thing, I know your buddies with DBR, and I know that you will have him interfere somehow. So how about showing some backbone and proving you can win a match without help by facing me in a one-on-one match. But I doubt you will. So, a week after becoming the IC champion, how have you been feeling? I hope you liked it around you, because on Friday I will be taking that title away from you.
My first title in this federation was the IC Title, and I made it a respectable title, as much as the World Title was. But now I see it has become a second rate title. It's time that title got the same respect it did and return it to the person who can do that.
Don't get me wrong, Wild Thing. I am in no way underestmating your abilites. You are still one of the best in this league. But just because you are doesn't mean your not proned to the ocassional loss, which will be happening to you on Friday. I will give everything I have to win that match, and I will not quit, I will not surrender, and I will never underestmate anybody. So better get ready, Wild Thing, because I'm coming for you and that title.
Taylor pours his drink and walks away as the scene fades.
