(The scene: a very humid, very hot Thursday afternoon in Ogden, Utah. The temperature is 102 freakin degrees, Raul's hike up a mountain with Debbie and a couple of their friends has more or less turned into a workout for the group, and as they finally reach the waterfall to cool down, the group cools down in the waterfall. Raul then breaks aside and pulls out his laptop in the water-proof case. He decides to find out what's going on at the HWA.)
Raul: If you guys don't mind, I'm just going to find out what's been going on in HWA.
Debbie: Yeah, no problem.
Raul: Let's see... (goes onto www.the-hwa.com only to find confusion and disorder) What the hell?!
Debbie: What's the matter, sweetie?
Raul: HWA is having a World Title Tournament this Tuesday...but there's some confusion as to who Ace Bullard's opponent is. They have in the field "Vincent Raul". To my understanding, that means either Vincent Cappelle or myself is going to face Ace Bullard in the quarter-finals!
Debbie: I'm happy for you, baby! (hugs Raul and kisses him on the cheek) Hey everybody, we have here a possible future HWA World Champion!!
Raul: Don't celebrate just yet. This could either mean I'm in or Cappelle's in.
Debbie: But more likely you. Because I know you, Raul. You're a hard worker, and whatever you get you earn because you work very hard at it, sometimes to a fault.
Raul: Thank you for your vote of confidence, but there is only one way to find out.
(Raul puts his laptop away and gets his bag)
Debbie: What are you doing?
Raul: We're heading back home, and then we're packing our bags! We have to head to HWA HQ and talk with Ace Jenkins, the President. He's the only one that knows what really is going on here.
Friend 1: You mean we have to go back home in this heat?
Raul: Yes.
Debbie: Que sara sara...
Friend 2: And I so wanted to like rest in the waterfall! It was like totally cool!
(As the four head back down the heated trail, Raul hums a rendition of "Bye Bye Love" as the other three are almost borderline exhausted.)
Time passes, as the four head back home. We now go to when Raul and Debbie are both taking a cold shower, and then get ready to leave.
(Raul and Debbie are packing their bags and getting ready to go to HWA HQ, where Raul believes he can talk to Ace Jenkins to find out what exactly is going on.)
Raul: This is gonna be cool! This is the first time in a while I've left state!
Debbie: Yeah, it is. But before we head out the door, would you please make sure the garage is locked?
Raul: Yeah, no problem. (Raul checks the garage) Yeah, it's locked. Why were you asking that?
Debbie: No reason.
Raul: Well we better get going. Destiny awaits!
(Raul and Debbie then head out the door and catch a Greyhound out of town heading to Denver, where they will charter a flight to HWA HQ and visit Ace Jenkins. And so the adventure begins...)
