Didn't want to use the Two Words thread for this, but last night's ep sure telegraphed a lot regarding future events, so I thought I'd open a speculation thread. So -- guess away at what's coming, but no official spoilers please.

Me? Didn't you get a sense of doom when Christian showed Sun the group picture and tehn gestured outside -- like, ugh, Jin and friends might be in the Dharma mass grave? *cries*

Sayid looks like he's going to try to kill young Ben.

None of the Dharma's seemed surprised that Baby Ethan survived. I am guessing that Ben finds out how to move the island while still young and causes the death of his own child - which may also account for why he raises Danielle's daughter Alex - sort of a self-imposed penance.

I think the reason Christian is alive is because when the Losties originally crashed, they landed "previously" in time to Christian's death, except the Losties didn't know it. And that's also why Locke is able to be alive.

I also think Locke is in yet another different time zone than Sun on the one island, and Jack, etc on the other. But all of them have landed in a "past".

Not spec, but I loved Sawyer's speech to Jack about thinking vs. reacting. I think he was right on, too. And I had to chuckle over Jack's work assignment "basd on his assessment." Hee.

I heard a rumor that apparently when Ben shoots Locke into the mass grave, you can read "LaFleur" on one of the Dharma suits. I haven't checked myself because I'm afraid to see whether it's true. :(

So does that mean Christian is truly alive? I agree that the island could have reanimated him somehow but I think the original crash was in real time... remember when the Others had captured Jack and Co, and that they showed Jack the video of the White/Red/some colored Sox winning some championship (apologies, I'm not American!) as proof that they were able to communicate with the outside world? That was in our real time too.

I think Locke is in the same time zone as Sun though, because after the second crash we saw him speaking to Ceaser and we saw Ben then too, unconcious, so that all happened shortly after Sun and Frank left.

I don't think Christian is alive with Sun and Frank. I think he is still some sort of semi-corporeal being that is there to work for Jacob as I think Jacob is a not-at-all corporeal being.

I definitely think Sayid is going to try and kill Ben but will be unsuccessful. Perhaps his badass ways will inspire Ben to want to be an other, though.

I really don't want Jin et all to end up in the grave! Jin must be reunited with his baby and Sun at some point!

What Time are Rose and her hubby? They can't just drop them so, does this mean eventually they'll get back to "real time" and find them there? Also where is Desmond?
