Looking for a game that doesn't have a word limit, but encourages eloquence and length while preserving readability?
If I see posts that use crazy words only known from a thesaurus, I don't even bother reading them. LoF is a place for fun rp-ing - where you don't need to have a thesaurus on hand to write a post, and you don't need to count your words. But of course, those characters that have quality posts will soon be favourites! So don't slack off!

Want a game that embraces newbies and the legendary players alike?
We believe that new players need a place where they can develop and feel welcome. Many inexperienced players improve markedly in a few short weeks with the guidance and example of the experienced.

A game with a small player base, where you can establish yourself as someone important?
This game needs dedicated, fun people who want to be part of the LoF dynasty. We love to plot, and even have one in the works! Now is the perfect time to introduce beloved characters.

A game that has been around for years, with the same owner and some of the original players?
I have owned this game for 5-6 years. Believe it or not, LoF started out on Homestead *shudder*. Some of the original players remain, giving you an idea of the friendly, almost family environment and the skill level of many of the people involved.

Do you like the thought of your character working their way up through the ranks, plotting an overthrow of the current monarchy, earning magic from the gods and even bargaining with the god of death for a new chance at life?
Yep! LoF has it all: many types of magic, deities that play favourites, owner and mods willing to allow the monarchy to be overthrown, and more.
