You know it's a bad day, when the gods have to step in.
In the country of Elanthia, the walled land guarded by riders mounted on dragons, gyrecats, gryphons and pegasi, there has always been horror. Such is the way of life, when you live in fear of demons surging the wall and stealing your very life away.
Recently, the demon god Menyin has come to Elanthia to urge his demons forwards to the advance. This is major breach of divine law, so the others have followed. Letessa (goddess of pegasi and healing,) and Catriona (goddess of riders and life) have lifted the plague that once swept through the country, curing those who had been afflicted. Although the inhabitants of Tyran are oblivious to the gods that walk among them. The gods themselves have altered their appearances, making them look slightly different to what the Elanthians expect; they also took on new names, and new roles, blending in with society as much as possible. The mount gods, meanwhile, patrol the borders over the wall, keeping an eye on the demons and Menyin, reporting to the humanoid gods with information of activity. Everyone must be cautious, with Menyin on the loose, a demon overlord with frightening power. In this world, even the gods can be brought to their knees.
