De acordo com a defini��o alargada (que inclui os "biscateiros" ocasionais) e segundo estimativas tamb�m da OIT a "coisa" j� vai num BILI�O de "desempregados".
Cerca de um ter�o da for�a-laboral potencialmente dispon�vel e interessada em trabalhar num qualquer emprego regular.
