Hope this helps. This is a postcard I got probably 25 years ago. The back of the postcard tells that this boat was used in shrimping, lobstering, general fishing, as a trawler and tugboat, and as a pleasure craft! Near the lower right of the card, you may be able to make out the letters "U" and "G". The boat had been nicknamed "Ugly".



The postcard, or the boat, or both, is/are from Haven, Maine, according to the insciption on the front of the postcard.
