First thing you need to do is to separate them from the others, including the mother. It's best to keep them in a breeding net in the main tank. This way, the frys will be safe from the others, but still be in the water condition they're used to & get the warm water that they need (btw, do u have an aquarium heater?? Mollies are tropical, so they need one in the tank).
Oh, do check the water pH & ammonia lvl.
