Subject: something is wrong with my goldfish!

I am new at this "fish thing" so i need some advice. I have a red cap oranda, and the "cap" seems to be fading. I don't know what causes this or what i can do to fix it. The fish seems to be perfecly fine except for the color of his cap. I also have a bubble eyed goldfish who seems unusually lazy. He has been sitting on the bottom of the tank barely moving then he will take off quickly swim around and then sit for a long time. is he sick? and my Black moor seems like he is changing color. when i got him he was all black, now he has a little bit of irridecent orange on his belly, is that normal. Thanks for your help!!!
