Subject: PLEASE HELP ME SICK ORANDA

i bought a fish last week after feeding and taking care for 2 days, it started coming on the surface for 1 sec then went back down.Then it was ok for 2 days then again the same thing but this time for 2 sec.Now it is mon day i put another fish with it & cleaned the tank put after cleaning the tank i noticed these white bubles and white string kinda thing hanging.PLEASE HELP ME FAST.
