Male gouramis are territorial with their own kind and sometimes with others. If the tank is big enough try adding large rocks or plants to somewhat divide the tank and give natural boundries for them to control. Like humans some fish need their "elbow room" and if they dont get it become a bully. If you have a smaller tank. Your best bet would be to keep them seperate.
