Subject: tiny white worms

There are tiny white worms? on the sides of my tank (freshwater). A fish died and when I took it out a cloud of them appeared and now they are attached to the sides of the tank. They are very tiny, white, thin, and I can seem them moving. The other fish in the tank don't look sick and the one that died didn't have any symptoms. Does anyone know what they are, if they are what killed the fish (it was an angelfish), and how to get rid of them?
