Subject: New Molly Mom: Green and needs help

Hi!

I have had my tank set up for 3 weeks, but I just put in my first fish 7 days ago. (Its been an interesting week!) I've had babies, fights, mating and now I think ICK! I need to know if there are any other signs besides the dots (I have dalmation Mollies and could be just too observant), OR I could have dead Mollies soon. 2 fry survived, and I have them in a breeders net. I checked my levels today and I did a 20% water change (20 gallon tank). I seem to be having an issue with Ammonia. Its at 1.5 after the change.
Also...My alkalinity is at 80...should I add buffer up?

These are all the water stats after the change:

Ammonia: 1.5
Nitrite: 1 - .25
Nitrate: 1-3
Hardness: 120
Alkalinity: 80
PH: 7.4

To me this looks like my filter is not quite cycled yet, and maybe a little guilty of overfeeding (because of the fry)

Help is greatly appreciated. Last think I want to do is hurt my fish.
