Subject: Help! Why are my schooling fish attacking one another??

Hi! I have just started my first 20 gallon tank and I have a few concerns. First off, I'll tell you who lives in my tank: 3 Raptor Tetras, 3 Jumbo Black Tetras, 2 Pink Kisser Gouramis, 2 Dalmation Mollies (and two baby Dalamtion Mollies). At the fish store I was told that it is very important to keep tetras in groups because they are schooling fish... but such does not seem to be the case. My Raptor tetras started out friendly and then became territorial. They now attack each other as well as my black tetras... Any suggestions? Should I introduce more of the raptor tetras or is that just pouring gasoline on the fire?! Please let me know what to do, I am concerned they are going to really hurt one another.

Thanks... Sara
