Your goldfish has flipped due to an impaction in the digestive tract. Usually not eating several days will clear up the problem. Feeding high fiber veggies such as skinless peas will also help. If these things do not work, you will need to find a professional aquarium shop keeper or veterinarian who is familiar with ornamental goldfish to withdraw air from the swim bladder with a needle and syringe.

For the future and the rest of your goldfish, please soak the flakes or pellets for a few minutes before feeding to allow them to expand.
