Subject: Clown Loach

I have a clown loach that is sick. He has begun t lose his "skin", as it appears to be peeling off. At first I thought that he had scrapped himself in a rock, but it has gotten worse and he is on the verge of dying. Should I treat the tank with Sulfa drugs? What would you recommend? No other fish seems to be affected by it. I have turned the qxygen up on the tank and have both power heads working full power to increase the oxygen. Thank you
