I have an aquarium with all live bearing fish. 4 of them are dalmation mollies. 1 male and 3 females. I breed all my fish. When I notice that one of them is looking rather large, I put her in a breeder box. When i see babies I take her out. The way you tell wheather they are male or female is the males have what is called a sail fin. It can be as big as their bodies when full grown. It along the top of their back. Also, if you look at the back fin on the bottom, afemales ( pulled down) would be a triangle. The males is only conected in one spot and is like a toob. If you have any more questions on Dalmation mollies and/or their fry, e mail me at apllecore2@earthlinke.net
