Subject: Porcupine Puffer

Can you help me figure out why my porcupine puffer died. We have a 125 gal. saltwater tank, and have had "Spike" our porcupine puffer for almost a year. He just recently started acting sick. He would hang outt on the bottom near the gravel and lost his appetite. After a few days, his eyes started to turn white. This made him blind, so when he did swim he ran into things. This went on for about a week and a half. Sadly,Last night he died. I feel I should have done something. My husband fed him a few days ago a dead goldfish...could this have something to do with it? (he usually eats live) also we added a new baby clown trigger recently and got rid of our other aggressive trigger that used to battle with Spike. All our tests checked out fine, and all our other fish seem to be fine... Do you know what could have been wrong with Spike??? Any info. would be great. Thank you... Kelli
