Subject: help - we have white spot - can anyone advise me?

I have an outbreak of white spot in my tank. I treated my fish 3 days ago but they do not seem to show signs of improvement. The treatment says that I can redose after 7 days and a partial water-change, but I am afraid that this might be too late (Interpet anti-white spot treatment). Can anyone advise me of any ways in which I might be able to save my sick fish? My first goldfish, Goran, is desperately sick and I need to know if there is anything I can do to save him.
