Subject: Interview tomorrow............
Local health centre as Assistant Practice Manager, initially a contract for three months, if it works out will be promoted as the present manager is due to retire,
scared out of my wits, been feeling sick all day with nerves, I hope I don't fuck it up, I've done plenty of preparation, some assessment tests, now I have to get through the interview, convince them I can do the job plus manage eight other members of staff efficiently.
*gulp*

Four on the panel, soon managed to sort out *good cop bad cop*. Of course something happened to throw me right at the beginning (what else is new!), I recognised one of them as soon as I walked in the room, fortunately I had the presence of mind to say so right from the word go which I think was in my favour, I'm sure he'd already told them he knew me too, once that was out of the way we just go on with it.
Won't know until tomorrow (looks at clock), make that today!
Will be a bag of nerves until then, I've been eating chips chocolate and ice cream all day now I'm feeling crappy so no sleep for me tonight, I hope they don't mess around and let me know whether or not sooner rather than later.
