Started new job today.......... -- andypandy (exhausted), 21:48:07 03/01/10 Mon [1] (82.30.75.79)
to be honest I don't know what I think yet, its all a bit of a blur, nothing bad happened and everyone seems nice enough so far. As always with a new job spent the day settling in and getting to grips with the computers and financial systems, don't have to worry about any supervision of the staff yet, that will kick in when the present practice manager leaves.
So traumatic first day over, what a relief! actually looking forward to tomorrow although I have to be up really early for a staff meeting which will be a bit nerve wracking, I have to talk about myself for five minutes in front of everyone, eep!!
Also received my first study pack from Open University, too tired to look at it today, will wait until tomorrow I think.

I imagine you'd be very good a talking about yourself ;)
(that was a Kashy/DZR-ish thing to say but someone needs to fill that void, you know???)

HEY!! -- andypandy, 23:19:53 03/01/10 Mon [1] (82.30.75.79)
I'm sure I don't know what you mean young lady!! ;-)
More or less sure of what I want to say, if I lose track I can always blag it and do a question and answer thing I suppose, at least its at the start of the day, don't have to spend all day worrying about it.
I miss the boys too, being boyless sux big time but that's life I suppose, I think everyone is very busy right now.

I think an aperitif is the correct translation -- Gabs, 19:15:14 03/03/10 Wed [1] (85.5.57.121)
Basically wine and noshings and lots of amusing people.
Are you feeling sick? I'm currently fed up with work as well, sick of everyone wanting things from me.

i was sick earlier in the week. -- gretch, 03:47:31 03/05/10 Fri [1] (24.165.107.66)
my f'n immune system is jacked so i'm catching every germ that passes me by.
and that puts me behind in work. which i hate.
but yes...i'm so so overwhelmed with work right now. the faculty and students are both pullin' on me.
i'm excited for spring though. i welcome spring fever.

Sorry to hear it babe -- Gabs, 22:08:14 03/06/10 Sat [1] (83.222.143.77)
I don't even want to talk about work, there's just so much stress going on. Ugh. I'm going to NY for a week soon and I can't even look forward to it because I can't really afford the time off.
