Life is pretty boring here too, nothing much to report other than I'm missing my kids, they're both off on a month's holiday with their Dad in Australia *sigh*

And I bought new clothes, lots and lots of new gorgeous summer stuff just to make me feel better, it helped a little ;-)

Managed to lose a little weight too, been watching the carbs and swimming a lot, always a good combination.

I'm wondering whether to drop or change to package deal I have with cable, I have all three services, phone, tv and broadband but I hardly use my landline and watch very little tv although I like the broadband, never had any problems with it.

Thats about it, now have to go to a staff meeting, oh joy! (I don't think)

xxxx

[> hi gretch, andy.. -- Gabs, 11:57:06 06/23/10 Wed [1] (85.5.57.121)

Also been shopping and loving Oreos... Watching the world cup and despairing over France and Switzerland.

Went to Munich for a few days, tried on dirndls and ate so much food I spent an evening worshipping the porcelain god. Good times!

Andy, I'd give up TV alltogether, we haven't got one and with hulu, zattoo etc, you really don't miss much.

poor you!

and don't mention Oreos to me, I'm addicted, Oreos and cold milk, my guilty pleasure when no one is looking :-)

more or less decided to give up pay tv along with the landline, just wasting money really and as you say there are so many ways to catch your favourite tv nowadays it really isn't necessary, I have a freeview telly anyway so will just buy a new pvr box and leave it at that, save myself some money.

I thought serves 8 wouldn't be enough so I doubled the recipe and ended up with more than enough, so don't worry about having too little. Also I made do with OJ since we haven't got fresh oranges anymore but I got good feedback nevertheless!
