She pursed her lips thoughtfully at that, a grin on her face as she suddenly tugged him to a stop, looking up at him. "Well, since you are new to all this, I think we need to start establishing your favorites." She looked around for a moment before she tugged on his hand and guided him to the dark beach - the sound of the ocean's waves hitting the sand and the rocks was definitly something he needed to experience - as she continued speaking. "Everyone has certain favorites...favorite color, favorite movie, favorite time of day, favorite animal...that sort of thing. We need to decide what your favorites are because, well, everyone needs to know their favorites." She grinned lightly, shifting to let go of his hand just long enough to take off her flip flops and pick them up in her other hand, digging her toes into the sand. "Shoes off now, in the sand, you must walk with your shoes off." She nodded, as if that was an official rule that no one dared break and waited for him to get situated so they could go about this deciding favorites thing.
