I think someone didn't like the content on there lately, otherwise there would be no rationale to remove the old forum before the new one is ready. You build a website in a program and then upload it when it's complete. They don't have to take down the old one to be working on the new one.

Basically, I think they not only wanted a redesign, I think they want moderation to be more involved, which sucks monkey dick. Just a hunch, I hope I'm wrong.

For me it's not if, but more when. Also how much is it gonna suck when it is there. To me that's the real million dollar question right there. So umm yeah, call me a believer.
