Willywalter, moderator on the Audioslave site, told us that the site is being made over to represent Chris' entire career and not just the EM era. There will be a forum apparently, but it won't be the same or necessarily even Fullerene.

I can give you a little more info on the CC.com situation. I wanted to get the OK before I said anything about it to you all.
The forum was taken down due to security reasons. With that said, please know that I am only relaying information to you all and was not involved in the forum coming offline.
The good news about the forum and the site is that a new CC.com will be going up in its place. One that is much more celebratory of Chris's entire musical career and also allows for better communication with his fans. By fans I mean all of his fans, Soundgarden, Euphoria Morning, Audioslave, TOTD, Chris fans, etc. I felt the need to clarify as to not suggest it only pertained to AS fans.
As I get more information I will try to provide more details about the new site, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Please know that I cannot guarantee a response to the question.

Which means yes, there is a new forum coming eventually, but we have no idea when and what it will be like, nor do we really know why it came down.

I have my own theories, but who knows....
