No - it's definately a valid question. Those muscles being tightened up by exercise should shrink the inside too. I told you my story about the gynocologist saying I have a cute little uterus, didn't I? LOL. I don't know that the area would be the same (being that I was too young at the time to pay much attention!)...but you might be able to make it better. Who knows? The whole machineray of that area is pretty amazing when you think about it.

Just watch the other end. I know alot of people who now battle hemmeroids and there's no easy fix for those!

I wonder how many people are cringing now?

TG - Chrys also was glad to see me change that. He made a point, but I'm glad you got the original idea! :)

God I'm already lazy to exercice now I have to exercise my VG too?! lol Jeez.
