jes, i of course would like to go, but i'm
guessing around 75.00 a tix? and they'll probably
play the quicken loans joint. cripe. have we
reverted back to 70s corporate rock (to quote joey ramone) big arena shows? so as of now, it's a no. :( we shall see

Yes, I'm going with some friends. I think it's like $50 a ticket which isn't bad considering they play for over two hours. I wonder who's opening for them. Are you going, Jes?

Chico - No - I really never did like Pearl Jam. But it'd be a heck of a show, I'd bet and I knew there are a lot of fans among us.

RD2 - Yes - Quicken. Is that the Gund? I'm so out of touch.

The only concert in my horizon is taking my son to his first concert - his choice - Hawthorne Heights and someone else at Blossom.

Matchmaker - I'm an old goat and all I have to offer is a good buck. lol. j/k Chico is a younger guy and if I knew anyone that could help him through what he's gone through, I'd send her his way, but I don't. :)

Yeah, the Q is the Gund. I really don't like concerts there but Pearl Jam was kick ass last time they were there so I'll definitely go again.

BTW, that is really cool that you're taking your son to his first concert. How old is he?

11 (almost 12)...which seems kinda young to me but I expect this to be a pretty young crowd. It's Fall Out Boy, American Rejects and Hawthorne Heights. That's his kinda music. Plus it's Blossom, so as long as we stay in the yard, I can move him away from things that maybe he shouldn't see. He's a musician himself, so I think it'd be good for him.

That's how old I was when I went to my first concert (11). I had an unbelievable time. You're right about being on the lawn, too. I'm sure you guys might have to move a couple of times while there. Have a great time!
