As far as talent is concerned, I truley believe Mandisa has the absolute best voice over all the contestants. Such range and depth. BUT, this is American Idol. That's a "whole package." They did put Ruben pretty far in that one season, BUT he was a man. I don't think the world is forgiving of weight for woman.

Yeah I understand the whole image package of the biz.

For some reason, I think she would actually change all that.
