i think sylvia brown is a fame-seeking fake.

and i don't think there's any psychic who i'd want to trust 100%. even if they are good, REAL good, most intuitive information is more symbolic and metaphoric than a voice saying "this will happen then" and each intuitive person has their own interpretations of those messages, and their own biases based on their experiences, their own agendas and their own limitations.

as for hypnosis, i think as someone else said it depends a lot on the intent of the person doing the hypnosis. as far as i understand it, especially after those scares, the hypnotist is not supposed to ask any leading questions, but should instead ask things like, what happened next? or "what do you see?" instead of questions like "were you at a satanic ritual?" or something like that. under hypnosis a person is more open to suggestion, so the point isnot to suggest anything. i have a firend whose friend's father does hypnotic past life regression, and she's told me some amazing stories about that. he's very careful though. now you have to be, or you can easily get sued.

What about the hypnotist comedian that hypnotizes woman to have an orgasm (on stage mind you) when someone touches their forehead? Sandman I think his name is? I totally want to meet that guy. lol. j/k I do want to go see a show, but I kinda battle over the rights and wrongs of using hypnosis comedically.
