The ability to write or speak a foreign language you have never learned is known as Xenoglossy.
Xenoglossy is generally recognised as evidence of a past life. How else would you explain it?

It must be fairly easy to find out if the person in question has ever learnt the language as a child.

Of course the skeptics have come up with some doozies-

Dr. Ian Stevenson is a former head of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He studies xenoglossy and past lives and has 3000 documented cases of reincarnation. Someone who presents information in a scientific manner must be harder to discredit?
