So after the public heard that Cheney shot a 72 year old LAWYER, his approval rating went up 60%. LOL.

OK - that's mean.

But my understanding is that the bb's can move - and that's what happened. Supposedly they are still only keeping the guy to make sure the bird pellet thingies don't go any further into his heart or bloodstream.
