Well it does happen to me and I always thought when I heard those voices of people, it is just my mind playing tricks on me. Sometimes, I have heard my baby crying and she isn't or my kids talking and they're not. I think it's intuition when something happens later, that you can say it was a warning. I also have been having trouble sleeping so maybe this is all just a lack of that. LOL
I will be exhausted and fall asleep and wake up a 1/2 hour later and then toss and turn all night. I need to start excercising or something. I've been walking my kids to and from school everyday, so I'll have to get back to you if it's helping me sleep.

TG - me too! I wake up on the hour.

I - Interesting. What's the idea behind that? I'm not sure I want it to go away, yet. I have to figure out what it is first.
