Indeed good news. In my opinion, the 3pk trilogy by Image, so far, seems to be the best value and overall quality for Flash Gordon serials of yesteryear. When some uncertainty as to their continued production became noticeable last year, I picked up a few including some available from other outfits and regions, still at generally reasonable price points within my means at the time.

Some came close, a few mixed bags also, but for value and overall pix\sound quality, the Image dvds could not be matched. The only negative....but same with all the others, no closed captioning or sub-titles were included. That aside, the Image 3 pk boxed trilogy is a best buy champ, and often available in $10 to 15 price range for the set! It's often on Amazon. I am not affiliated with these outfits: these are simply user comments from a life long fan of the Flash Gordon serials with Buster Crabbe.

That is great news indeed. The Flash Gordon legacy continues.

Meanwhile the 70th Anniversary Edition of Buck Rogers remains available from VCI Entertainment.
