Perhaps you, or that earthman Rick can decipher this. If I don't hear from you in a week, I will have my people decode with special personnel. The message is:

"smees uoy togrof ot edulcni rd vokraz"

If you can decipher, you will get a 75th Anniversary of a bobble head of Emperor Ming. You can obtain by visiting the gift shoppe in the palace on Mongo. Careful, its near a trap door to the dragon's lair. Heh.

After much study as well as consulting with Sergeant Time (we are enlisted men, after all) we have concluded that the mystery transmission reads: seems you forgot to include Dr Zarkov!

I am now clearing off the spot on the Stratosled dashboard where the 75th Anniversary tribute to Sire Ming will reside!
