(He took a deep breath and let it out, wondering how he had forgotten that her mother had taken off.. perhaps it was the baby crying and the way the sound sort of played with his head. Hearing Chase cry brought out the same thing inside him that seeing Shay in pain did, it was a sort of extreme focus.. nothing else got in. He tipped his head a little as he looked at Skeeter, understanding the other man's frustrations and wishing he knew where Gia was.) Well, we need to do what we do best, and start tracking shit, Skeeter. You have the means to trace cell phones, you have the means to dig into travel itineraries and all sorts of other documents.. find out where she's been in the last 24 hours.. where she used her credit card, where she placed a phone call.. plane tickets, bus fares.. whatever you can find! (He realized then that he was getting annoyed because he knew Skeeter was stronger and smarter than this.. that his friend was letting emotion cloud his thoughts.. but wasn't he himself guilty of that as well?)
