(As soon as he felt her flop back against the lounger, his gaze searched hers and he sort of realized that he had been moody.. but he couldn't help it - he hated seeing his friends in trouble.. and he was sick and crabby! His hand moved to slip into hers and he smiled a little.) You never have to convince me.. I am just concerned about what is going on in there.. I already said as long as I wouldn't be a nuisance to you I would come over. (He played with her hand idly as he looked at her, running his thumb over the back of her hand as he watched the fluffy clouds reflected in her sunglasses. He was quiet for a moment, just watching her before he laid his hand on her stomach, under her halter top, just feeling the warmth of her skin there.) To be honest, I don't know if I would make it in the field right now.. I don't think throwing up on the enemy will do any good actually. (He teased, then let out a low breath, looking resigned to the fact that he was sick and not able to go out on the job.)

She furrowed her brow thoughtfully trying to figure out how to get out of the apartment without finding out what was going on so they could just have a little bit of time to themselves. "You won't be a nuisance." She stated, almost absently before she bit her lip and let out a deep breath. "I don't think I would make it in the field right now." She stated half-heartedly, though her reasons for not making it were totally different then hers. "If you haven't kept anything done thats not helping you any either, have you had any soup?" She was attempting to change the subject, if she thought to long about going back on the field she would inwardly start to freak out a bit. She wasn't sure she would trust anyone but him to watch her back but she also knew if he was busying watching her back then he would neglect his own and she couldn't have that on her conscience.
