She had woken up when his cell phone rang but had spent a good amount of time just laying on the bed, her hand running over her swollen stomach absently before she finally stood up and headed into the bathroom that was joined to their room. She wanted to be with him, to talk to him, but she desperately needed to feel clean again. Hence the reason she took a quick, hot shower and then changed into a pair of lounging pants and a big t-shirt. She had a few bruises here and there, on her wrists and ankles where she had been bound but mostly she was alright, just a little underweight. She would have to go to the doctors soon to have the baby checked out, she was hoping that he was just stressed out and quiet like she was. Once that was all taken care of, she padded out into the living room, pausing to lean against the door frame as she just watched him pace and talk on the phone. -- ::: Remy and Shay's Apartment :::

"Better now..cleaner." She smiled a little, more then willing to slip her small frame into his embrace. The smile almost felt foreign on her lips, it had been so long since she had that expression gracing her face. "Missed you." She stated honestly, pressing a kiss to his jaw lightly, her brow furrowed as she shifted to wrap her arms around his waist, tucking her head beneath his chin as she let out a low breath and cleared her throat a little, it was still a bit sore but at least her eyes had adjusted to the lights again.
