(He and his father had gotten into a discussion that had him a little distracted until she had spoke directly to him and brought him attention back to the group as a whole. Chris and him got along so well that they could often just talk about nothing and forget other people were in the room, which made Dani think that perhaps her husband had a mild form of the same condition her son had.) Uhm.. we have reservations at Biaggi's. (He said as he looked at his watch.) We should leave in about fifteen or twenty minutes. (He added as he looked over at Kyr and Haylie, noting the way they were standing so close and then looking away before Kyr caught him looking.) (He was okay with the way they were getting along for the moment, but tensed when she fixed his sleeve, for a second not sure what had just happened. Whenever she touched him he felt this electric sort of current run through him that made his heartrate pick up.. it made him feel like a teenager in puppy love again, and it was irking him at the moment.) At least they're all staying at a hotel. (He murmured back, catching himself and turning his head to look down at her, smiling a little bit as he did.. she was so cute when she was nervous like this.. it made him want to hold her and comfort her.)

        She just gave the couple a small smile before she turned her attention back to the brooding man who had just stalked away from her. Her anxiousness eased a little as the crowd of people left the room and headed into the hallway, leaving the apartment quiet. A soft breath escaped her lips as she crossed over to the couch, toeing off her shoes and tucking her legs up beneath her, her elbow resting on the arm of the couch and her hand in her palm as she let her eyes follow him. "I have to admit, usually I know what I do to piss you off because hey, it's a fairly regular thing, me pissing you off, but this time I am at a complete loss as to what I did to set you off." She stated honestly, her eyes on him, her voice flat and barely showing her curiosity. She just wanted to know what had pissed him off when he had been ok when she got there.
