She wanted - for her ego's sake - to act like she wasn't affected by that kiss but she had to admit it had left her a little breathless and had she been standing she was pretty sure her knee's would have been weak. "Fine." She answered back, though at that moment she wasn't so sure what she was fine'ing. It took a few minutes before she realized what she had said and her brow furrowed and then cocked, her own eyes taking on a mischevious sparkle. "But...isn't part of the fun of dating that little competition?" She questioned innocently, her head cocked to the side as she gazed at him, her tongue peeking out to run over her lips that were a little bit red and a little bit swollen. "I mean...part of the challange and all that..." She was just teasing, she had no desire to be with anyone but him and hadn't been since they broke up. Quietly, she stood up, a smirk on her face as she headed into the kitchen to get a drink for herself, inspecting the little apple pies while she was in there. She was playing it off all casual but she was actually quite...ecstatic about the idea of dating him.

(He leaned back on his hands on the coffee table and smiling in a thoughtful manner. He was already planning out their first date in his head, and it wasnt seeming as bad as he first thought it might.)
