"Why?" She questioned, the word holding so many meanings that he would understand. Why did he want to marry her? Because it would make things easier or because he loved her and wanted to be with her forever? Why now at this moment was he thinking to ask? It wasn't a 'why should I marry you' question at all and he would hopefully know that.
