please, people this is the weather where your pets,cats and dogs need to be in...it is much to cold for them to be outdoors,just because they have coats does not mean that it keeps them warm.if your neighbor has a dog or cat outdoors ask them kindly to bring them in.i have seen to much around here the way some irresponsible owners take care of there pets and it is inhumane.you take in a pet it is you responsibility to care for it.i just wish we had animal care in this area, who we could call when we see pets not be taken care of properly,so they could take care of it.please take care of your family pets,they deserve to be loved.
