Subject: CJ's Diet

I don't eat every and anything I want. I get that a lot. I know when I've overdone it. Genetics has NOTHING to do with it either. I work my butt off, literally at the gym 6 days per week. If I eat too much it shows up around my waist in seconds it seems. Not a big fan of liver. Chicken, tuna, but not too much red meat. Have started doing cardio again. It does make a big difference.

Sounds similar to what I eat. A day for me goes something like scrambled eggwhite and oatmeal for breakfast, protien shake at midmorning, saled w/grilled chicken breast for lunch, protien shake mid afternoon, saled w/ckicken and steamed vegies for dinner, evening around 7 a lite protien snack and nothing after 8pm. Anything extra goes straight to my butt and thighs (sigh). I also workout mornings before I go to work and evenings before I go to bed. It gets harder every year. :) But I have to heft everbody's overweight dogs at work.
