Even its name hissesIts called GOSSIP! Office gossip, shop gossip, party gossip, etc. It makes headlines and heartaches.
Before you repeat a story, ask yourself: IS IT TURE? IS IT FAIR? IS IT NECESSARY? IF NOT THEN SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was contacted today by a friend who reads this board regularly,she said that I need to come on here and read the posts. Well when I did I was disappointed to say the least, not only for what people were saying about me, but what people were sayig about everyone else. This is horrible, and if you are the one posting things like this about other people/contestants, you should be ashamed of yourself!
First of all let me say that I am way too busy to be on here saying ugly things about other people, I have a very involved career, a husband, 3 boys and a family that keeps me very busy. And that is probably the reason why the Ebay listing is just an exact copy of the original post used by the previous owner of the dress. I am not trying to deceive anyone, I just don't have time to do things like that all over again. The lady e-mailed me the listing she had, with the pictures and I used it from her. If you notice, I typed in at the bottom for anyone to contact me with quetions, I would have disclosed any other information about the dress to them at this time. Also,I would love to know how people think that you know what I do at my own home, because that is where I added all of the extra AB stones, the lady before me DID NOT do this, I DID! And I also had it professionally cleaned and pressed which was not cheap. If you really knew anything about me, you would know that I am not trying to make anything off of the dress, I am just trying to get back what I put into it. And I paid $810.00 for the dress(with shipping). Have you ever heard of Deformation of Character, if there is anything posted about me on here that is damaging to my character, please ask me if it is true!
Usually, when there is a pageant coming up in the near future, I come on here from time to time to quickly read anything new going on with the upcoming event. But from now on, anyone can say whatever it is that they would like to say about me, I am not going to bring myself to the same level as them and participate in this. Call me whatever it is you want to, snobby, stuck-up, mean, cheap, dishonest, scared, out of shape,anything you like. It really doesn't make that big of a difference to me, because I know who I am and so do my friends and that's all that really matters in life. PS-Yes I probably will be doing Mrs. Iberia, that is where I live, and it would really mean something to me to win this one and have the honor of representing Ibeira Parish at the next Mrs. Louisiana United States! Which was an awesome experience! I would not miss it for anything next year.
Also, I hope to be able to compete for another one of Millie's titles, she is a fair director and gives women the wonderful opportunity to compete at Mrs. Louisiana America.

First I want to say congrats to Nomika, you looked awesome! To my Debbie.... you gave it 100% in my eyes you are a winner for that! Love ya! Now, to all the women that think I was acting silly. This is the first time many of you have seen me. I enjoy myself everywhere I go. It is not silly it's called fun. I went into the pageant with an open mind, and open heart. I walked away with an amazing experience, and a group of new friends. The one advice I got from every person I spoke to was to have FUN.... and that is just what Debbie and I did. If you knew me and Debbie a little better you would know that we are both very classy ladies, and would appreciate all this bashing about us to stop, we did not even win so whats the big deal. As far as Debbie pulling Nomika in the middle, Mrs. Janet told us all if we were the remaining two to do that. Debbie, you are awesome! You made my experience wonderful. I want to be you when I grow up :) oh wait I am the older of us two!!! It was a pleasure meeting all of you. Remember pageants are about having fun, I can bet that if some of you learned to relax like Debbie and I win or loose you would have walked away with a smile of your face! Thanks to all of you would did give me words of encouragement, and know the true me who just wanted to make the experience fun!

I just want to say thank you for all of the praise. It is a great feeling when all of your hard work pays off. I really did my best to prepare for this pageant. If you thought I was silly at the pageant you should have seen me practicing SS in my backyard (lol). I want to remind everyone that it is okay to be disappointed, but not devastated. I know my biggest problem after the pageant was figuring out what to do next! I am really excited to let everyone know that I am trying to arrange a brunch. It is still in the beginning stages, but I hope to have a fashion show, door prizes, and a keynote speaker. During the brunch I plan to have all of the attendees decorate a pillowcase for my foster children care packages (and bring some other needed items also). I will let everyone know as soon as I have some more information!
