How can you just sell a building like that? Does anybody know who the broker is? I hope it's reputable and has experience with buildings like this. Why isn't everybody in Newburgh interested in this? Why is Karpeles leaving? The suggestions for the building are great but what are the chances? Oh no! I hope City Hall doesn't get involved with this. They'll tear it down and sell the remains as parts!
