Newburgh is a city where all the unwanteds are kept. In recent years the exit of good students has been massive. Good businesses have left. Manufacturing is gone. Law enforcement has become a joke. The city government ignores any sane suggestions to improve the place. But they give away what is prime real estate in other river towns. Then they declare a Historic District and continue tearing it down. This goes on without any abatement. It'slvery suspicious. Newcomers come and get the few really good pieces of property, cause chaos and cost taxpayers much money. Nobody raises a finger against them. They're houses and property are well protected in spite of the damage they cause to others. Very suspicious. It must be planned. How else can this sort of thing happen? They're planted here to keep Newburgh in a constant low and the dim witted fall right into it. Sad. That's all. Sad. Time to go, take my children to a better life. Leave the trash where it belongs, on the heap.
