You mean the throttle pedal assembly? I use the $30 Spoon pedal from Speedway. Cheap & easy. Get a throttle cable from Autozone for a few bucks and you're done, and the pedal looks cool. They also have a cool cast aluminum one with the waffle pattern on the foot pedal itself.

As for the rear main seal...pry like hell, and use a small punch, careful not to knick the block.
