Thanks! The Easy-Off just loosened up and softened the baked-on epoxy on the box and some old pinstiping that I had on that box, but was never happy with. I rinsed it off really good, wiped it down with a cloth, and THEN hit the wire wheel. Ever since the "aircraft chemical stripper incident of '07" down here, I don't chemically strip anything! heheh

I use easy off to remove old pinstriping on occassion. It's the only thing that will cut the enamel short of sanding it off. It WILL fuck up a lot of other finishes though, so if you're gonna use it, make sure and do a test piece first. Two things that I know it won't destroy are urethane and lacquer. Pinstriping over clear coat....the stripes come right off. Pinstriping on Rustoleum...It's going down to bare steel. =)
