Well, we only get a $300 guarantee there throughout the year, so I'm not going to say that we can't get that kind of money to be able to pay all three bands on New Years Eve, but I am going to lean heavily on the "yeah right" side of things knowing the owner. Besides, I don't ever weigh the pay so heavily on one band who's only played down here once(not to be a dick, but I only guaranteed Three Bad Jacks half of that plus tips when they came down because they've never played here before). I know Uva and Johnny are legendary in their own right, but maybe Hootrock should work with the bigger venues in town that will eat some initial guarantee for repeat returns. I would love to have Three Pot Offy down, but I don't wanna stir up anything with the Hootrock guys.
