Personally, I am happy shit is....IS....getting accomplished.....Name for the event....who gives a rat's ass...the important thing is that there even is an event. In my opinion, this event was to get two things accomplished....one, to get our name out there...and two, raise a bit of cash to hopefully host a better organized event in the future. Short notice....YUP!.....Inconsiderate...Probably......but I think we should keep focused on the positive.....shit is getting done! We will be known as a car club....not just a bunch of yo-yo's with matching t-shirts and logos. This is a huge step.......Thunderbolts? Known, event...none....Kontinentals...known by event only, ever see them show up to some local "piss-ant" shows?.....This could be a huge step toward some local recognition and respect amongst Austin's growing rod and custom crowd...petty differences (and I mean PETTY) will always be present.....In short, everything that has transpired in in the last 10 days (Count 'em) is exactly club-like.....and I don't mean car clubs...any organization has complaints amongst the members....saw a couple of girl scouts wrestling once (wish I had it on tape for profit and personal enjoyment...mmmmmmm).....enough fantasy....back to the point at hand, which is: THIS IS A POSITIVE THING....ANY NEGATIVES IS PETTY BULLSHIT! With that said, "Bring it!" (Figuratively, of course, internet more than fists and bullets, please....I'm fragile!)
